双侧吹富氧冶炼工艺自控系统的设计与应用

摘    要:康西铜业公司铜冶炼技改工程采用双侧吹富氧冶炼工艺。针对双侧吹富氧冶炼工艺的特点,结合工艺的具体要求,设计了先进的仪表检测及计算机过程控制系统,操作人员通过DCS对生产过程进行工艺过程参数的监视、生产操作与联锁控制,保证了金峰炉生产稳定,实现了整个生产过程的自动控制。

Design and Application of Automatic Control System of Smelting Process with Enriched Oxygen Bilateral Blowing Technology

Abstract:the enriched oxygen bilateral blowing technology was used in Kangxi Copperg smelting process technological transforma- tion project. According to the characteristics of enriched oxygen bilateral blowing technology, combined with the process requirements, the advanced instrument inspection and computer process control system was designed in this project. Operators could monitor produc- tion operation and interlock -control through DCS; ensured the Jinfeng -furnaceg stable operating. The whole production process auto- matic control was realized.
