| 摘 要： | 江铜集团贵溪冶炼厂动力车间制氧区域,运行有5套制氧机组,其中5#制氧机为产能最大的一套制氧机,作者从5#制氧机的生产工艺组织特性入手,系统地介绍了该制氧机的整个生产工艺流程,详细分析和说明了5#制氧机氩系统"氮塞"的形成机理,"氮塞"时的现象,"氮塞"对主塔工况的影响及处理方法。

| Abstract: | At present, there are five oxygen generators at GuiXi Smelter Oxygen area of JCC, in which No. 5 oxygen generator is the biggest one. This article systematically introduces the whole production process flow of oxygen generator, analyzes and illustrates the forming mechanism of argon system nitrogen plug of No. 5 oxygen generator, the phenomenon of nitrogen plug, the influence to main tank and the treatment according to the production process characteristics. |
