浅谈铅锌公司国产化透平发电机的成功经验

集团公司里首台装机容量比较大的饱和式国产透平发电机的安装使用,作为推进设备国产化的大项目,责任重大、意义非凡;该项目首次运用,没有相关的借鉴经验,一切要靠摸索来完成。本次主要阐述了透平发电机入口蒸汽压力波动过大问题的处理过程和成功运行后所产生的经济效益。

Brief Discussion on the Successful Experience of Domestic Manufactured Turbine Generator Application in JCC Lead and Zinc Company

this paper introduced the first domestic manufactured large installed capacity Saturation type turbine generator applica- tion in Jiangxi Copper Corporation. As key project of domestic equipment promotion, the first application was responsible and meaning- ful ; the first domestic manufactured turbine generator application was relied on self research without any reference experience. Process- ing procedure of unstable steam pressure fluctuating in turbine generator entrance and the economic benefit after success operation was introduced in this paper.
