高炉冲渣水余热供暖监控系统设计

摘    要:针对高炉出渣不连续,冲渣水温度波动大的难题,设计了一套恒温变流量智能监控系统,包括硬件和软件两部分。硬件部分采用数据采集、信息管理、过程优化3层网络结构;软件部分采用Wincc和Step7分别实现系统工艺组态和数据采集功能。实验验证结果表明,系统具有运行稳定、易操作、易维护等特点,能实现高炉渣冲渣水余热供暖的实时监控功能。

Abstract:A constant temperature and variable flow control system is designed based on the fact that blast fur- nace slag is not continuous and granulating water temperature is largely fluctuated, including hardware and software. The data acquisition module in the hardware part uses Siemens S7 - 300 series PLC. The software part uses Wincc and Step7 to realize system Configuration and data acquisition respectively. Experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of stable running and easy operation and maintenance. It can realize the function of real-time monitoring of residual heat in B. F. waste water.
