超细全硫化粉末丁苯橡胶对胎面胶性能的影响

摘    要:研究超细全硫化粉末丁苯橡胶(UFPSBR)对天然橡胶(NR)/丁苯橡胶/顺丁橡胶(BR)胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:与未加UFPSBR的胎面胶相比,加入2~3份UFPSBR的NR/溶聚丁苯橡胶/BR胎面胶拉伸强度略有减小,耐磨性能和抗湿滑性能提高,生热降低;加入1~2份UFPSBR的NR/乳聚丁苯橡胶/BR胎面胶拉伸强度增大,抗湿滑性能略有提高,滚动阻力变化不大,耐磨性能下降。

Abstract:The effect of ultra-fine fully vulcanized powdered styrene-butadiene rubber(UFPSBR) on the properties of NR/SBR/BR tread compound was investigated.The results showed that,compared with the tread compound without UFPSBR,the NR/SSBR/BR tread compound with 2~3 phr UFPSBR had lower tensile strength,better wear resistance and wet skid resistance,and lower heat build-up;the NR/ESBR/BR tread compound with 1~2 phr UFPSBR had higher tensile strength,better wet skid resistance,similar rolling resistance,and decreased wear resistance.
