基于UGNX4软件的轮胎模具基模五轴数控加工计算机辅助设计与辅助制造技术应用

摘    要:介绍运用UGNX4软件的计算机辅助设计与辅助制造功能进行轮胎模具基模加工的过程,阐述如何建立基模模型、设置加工操作模板的父节点以及选择加工方法等。利用计算机辅助编制的数控加工程序包括零件造型、加工工艺制定、加工轨迹生成、加工过程的切削仿真以及NC代码生成。

Abstract:The process of tire mold master model NC Machining by using CAD/CAM technology based on UG NX4 software was introduced,and the method of setting up master model and the parameters in manufacturing parent nodes as well as choosing manufacturing method were described. With CAD/CAM technology, the machining programs included parts modeling,manufacturing process formulating,cutting tool path generating,cutting simulation and NC codes generating.
