有限元法在轿车子午线轮胎结构分析中的应用

摘    要:应用哈尔滨工业大学开发的TYSYS轮胎专用有限元分析软件,对185/60R14轿车子午线轮胎进行分析。通过减小带束层和冠带层宽度进行方案修改并进行性能比较,同时分析了钢丝圈相对位置和形状对轮胎性能的影响。经轮胎实测验证表明,分析结果准确可靠。

Abstract:The 185/60R14 passenger car radial tire was analyzed by TYSYS FEA software specially designed for tires.The design scheme was amended through reducing the width of belt and cap ply,and the change of tire properties was investigated.The effect of bead ring position and bead ring shape were also analyzed.The analysis results agreed well with performance tests.
