乳液型高效无苯脱漆剂的研制

根据“相似相溶原理”选择合适的有机溶剂作为脱漆剂的主要组成。研制出一种乳液型高效无苯脱漆剂。介绍了脱漆剂的配方 ,并对其理化性能及脱漆效果进行了测试。结果表明 :该脱漆剂具有稳定性好、不易探发、适用范围广、脱漆速度快、对金属腐蚀小等优点。

Development of a high effective paint remover of emulsion type

The development of a high effective benzol-free paint remover was described. According to the principle of organic compounds with similar solubility are mutually soluble, proper organic solvents were selected to be main components of the paint remover. The formula and preparation of the paint remover were described, physical and chemical properties and depainting results were tested. The results show that the paint remover has strengths such as good stability, low volatility, wide scope of application, fast depainting rate and low corrosive to metal substrate.
