甲基乙烯基硅橡胶/丁基橡胶硫化性能和耐热性能研究

摘    要:通过共混法制备了甲基乙烯基硅橡胶/丁基橡胶复合材料,用DSC研究了复合材料硫化前的结晶性能与硫化性能,用TG研究了复合材料硫化后的热分解性能。根据在不同升温速率下的DSC曲线,用Kissinger方程对复合体系的硫化性能进行动力学研究,得到了交联反应活化能为95.1 kJ/mol、反应级数n为0.78。TG测试表明,复合材料的耐热性介于二者之间。力学测试表明,该材料的综合物理力学性能较好,可以作为阻尼材料使用。

Abstract:Polymethy/vinylsiloxane/butyl rubber(PMVS/IIR) composites were prepared by blending method.Vulcanizing,crystal lizing and thermal properties of the composites were characterized by DSC and TG.Activation energy reaction order of the vulcanizing reaction were obtained by Kissinger equation through DSC curves under different heating rates.TG test showed that the PMVS/IIR composite possessed higher thermal stability than IIR.The composites can be used as damping materials having better complex mechanical properties.
