论高等职业教育成本的社会分担

根据教育成本分担理论,高等职业教育成本应该由政府、受教育者个人(家庭)、社会共同负担。高等职业教育的政治、社会和文化价值的最大受益者为整个社会,因此社会在高等职业教育成本分担中应居于重要地位。目前在我国高等职业教育成本的社会分担中存在着一些问题,需要从扩大高等职业教育社会分担主体的范围、不断探索新的分担形式、大力开发社会捐赠等方面加以完善。

Sharing the cost and investment mechanism of higher vocational education by the society

According to the theory of sharing the cost,the cost of vocational education should be born by the government,the person who receives the education and the society.As the society benefits most from the vocational education,it should take an important role in the investment scale of vocational education.But there exist many problems in the implementation in China.Therefore,efforts should be made to improve the investment mechanism of vocational education by increasing the range of the cost sharing of higher vocational education by the society,exploring the ways of investment and developing social donation.
