高耐热乙丙橡胶复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:从橡胶基体、交联体系、补强体系、防老体系和增塑体系等方面着手,研究了配合体系对乙丙橡胶复合材料耐热老化性能的影响。结果表明:通过极低不饱和度的三元乙丙橡胶和乙烯-辛烯共聚弹性体并用,采用甲基丙烯酸锌作增粘补强材料、液体乙丙橡胶新型增塑剂和N-4(苯胺基苯基)马来酰亚胺(MC)反应性防老剂,制备的三元乙丙橡胶复合材料有很高耐热老化性能;在180℃下老化7d后,硬度变化率小于10%。拉伸强度和拉断伸长率分别保持在70%和50%以上。

Abstract:The effects of the rubber matrix, the vulcanizing system, the reinforcing system, the aging system and the plasticizing system on the heat-aging resistance of ethylene-propylene-diene copolymers (EPDM) were investigated. The results showed that the EPDM/POE composites with high heat aging resistance was prepared by using the most lowly unsaturated EPDM and ethylene-octene co- polymers(POE) as rubber matrix,zinc methacrylate(ZDMA) as reinforcing/adhesive agent,liquid eth- ylene-propylene eopolymers(LEPM) as plasticizing agent and N-4 (Anilino phenyl) maleimide(MC) as reactive antioxidant. It was found that the retentions of the tensile strength and the elongation at break were still retained more than 70% and 50% at 180℃× 7d, and the hardness change was lower than 10%.
