| 摘 要： | 水泥配料微型机控制系统具有数据采集、数据处理、过程控制、画面显示、报警处理、打印报表等多种功能.它属于检测和控制连续移动的固体物料重量的计算机系统.该系统形成了主、副料随动的闭环控制.此系统运行稳定,改善了生产管理手段,显著提高了水泥产品质量,具有较高的经济效益.

| Abstract: | The microcomputer control system is a system of cement burden for exami-ning and controlling the weight of continually moving solid mqterials. It has several functions such as data gathering, data processing, processin control, tableau indication, alarm system and printing report etc. This system takes a closed loop follower control in which the movement of the main materials is in cooperation with by-product materials. This system works steady, and improves the means of production management. It is evident that this system will justify the improvement of quality of cement products and higher economical benefit. |
