微机的公差配合数据库与偏差尺寸的自动生成

本程序是为机械CAD软件系统服务的,既可作为尺寸标注模块的一部分,又可单独使用.如果和CAD系统配套使用,可进行尺寸公差的计算并自动标注偏差尺寸;如果单独使用,可将此程序存入微机,在进行偏差尺寸计算时直接键入所需参数.微机将自动显示或打印出所需要的偏差尺寸,从而代替了以往的人工查阅手册和计算工作. 本程序在苹果机上调试并已成功运行,在PC机上也完全适用.

MICROCOMPUTER DATA-BASE OF FIT TOLERANCE AND AUTOMATIC FORMATION OF SIZE DEVIATION

This programme serves for the mechanical CAD software system. It can be used as one part of the dimension blockette or be used individually.If we use it in coordination with CAD system., it can calculate the tolerance, and dimension size deviation automatically.If we use it individually,the programm ecan be stored in a microcomputer.For calculating the deviations, we can key-in the factors about the fit tolerance, then the microcomputer will display or print the deviation diagram we need.So it can be used instead of looking up the hand-book and calculation work by hand.
