麦草己二胺法制浆纤维分离点及蒸煮动力学的研究

摘    要:本文以麦草为纤维原料,用己二胺有机溶剂进行制浆,对蒸煮的最高温度、有机溶剂用量、保温时间等进行正交试验分析,以成浆质量、得率为依据,选择出了蒸煮最优条件。此外,还进行了脱木素动力学的研究及纤维分离点的测定。

Abstract:The possibility of pulping wheat straw with HMDA is studied. Typical cooking conditions such as max temperature, charge of the soloent and the time at temperature are selected. In addition, the defiberation point is determined and the kinetcs of delignification also investigated.
