固定化酵母发酵法分离纯化低聚异麦芽糖

摘    要:采用正交实验法研究了固定化酵母的最佳制备条件和最佳发酵条件,并将其用于商品低聚异麦芽糖的分离纯化。结果表明,固定化酵母经48h低溶氧条件下增殖培养后,可用于填充柱反应器连续发酵分离纯化低聚异麦芽糖纯化后商品低聚异芽糖的纯度的纯度由54.84%提高到81.96%,该法有望于商品低聚异麦芽糖的工业化分离纯化。

Abstract:The orthogonal experiment is adopted to study the optimum conditions of immobilized yeast's manufacture and its fermentation. The immobilized yeast is used to purify commercial isomaltooligosacchride. The results show that, after 48 hours' breeding in the culture medium of low-concentrate oxygen, the immobilized yeast can be introduced to the filling-in-column-reactor to continuously purify isomaltooligosacchride; the content of isomaltooligosacchride is increased to 81.96% from previous 54.84%. The method of purifying isomaltooligosacchride by immobilized yeast is a prospective method of purifying commercial isomaltooligosacchride on industry scale.
