锅炉煤粉浓度在线监测系统的开发

摘    要:基于气-固两相流理论,考虑风-煤合流过程中的压力损失及悬浮颗粒提升压损的影响,利用能量法提出了测量四角切圆锅炉一次风管中风-粉混合后煤粉浓度的方法,并介绍了煤粉浓度在线监测系统的开发主要过程,方法和精度。

Abstract:Considering frictional pressure loss and suspending particles' lifting pressure loss in the process of mixture between coal and air, and based on gas-solid two phases theory, a method was developed to punctually measure coal powder concentration of primary air of vertical and horizontal duct in the four corner rounding boiler by energy balance principle. The procedure and method the precision of test result of monitoring and measuring coal powder concentration on real-time were introduced. The method presented a good foundation for on-line monitoring of sparse-phase conveying of pulverized coal.
