| 摘 要： | 通过对催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统开工操作方法的改进,实现了吸收稳定系统开工不收液态烃三塔循环,开气压机时出口不放火柜,气压机故障时粗汽油直接进稳定塔生产合格稳定汽油。使吸收稳定系统的开工操作方法得到了优化,提高了装置的运行水平。

| Abstract: | The operation method of strating working was improved in absorption and stabilization system of FCC plant. The recycle of three distillation towers without LPG was realized, when the system started up. Outlet gas doesn't go to flare apparatus, when the gas compressor starts up. Crude gasoline directly feeds stabilized tower and produces eligible stabilized gasoline, when there is trouble of gas compressor. Running level of FCC plant was increased. |
