炼油厂汽油带水原因分析及对策

摘    要:对茂名石化公司炼油厂汽油带水原因进行分析,认为催化装置稳定汽油带水特别在精制过程活化剂注入量过大以致油水混溶是主要原因。对活化剂注入量进行了调整,实施了工艺改造及加强工艺管理,效果显著,同时也提出了进一步改进的建议。

Abstract:The cause of gasoline with entrained water was analyzed in refinery. Pouring excessive activator led to geat miscibility of gasoline and water in FCC gasoline stabilized part, especially, purification process. When adjusting activator dosage, implementing the process improvement and strengthening the management, better results were obtained. More improvement suggestion was broutht forwards also.
