| 摘 要： | 500kv青河Ⅱ线在光纤通道切换过程中REL561光纤电流差动保护误动作，导致断路器三相跳闸。通过分析发现保护误动的原因在于REL561的逻辑缺陷。对REL561电流差动保护逻辑进行了改进，并对REL561保护装置的运行维护提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | Therewas a case where REL561 fiber optical line differential protection misoperated during the process of fiber channel switching in Qinghe 500 kV Line II, causing the circuit breaker to trip out in three-phase as a result. The analysis in this paper shows that the problem is due to the logical defect of REL561. An improvement is proposed for the logic of the REL561 differential protection, and certain suggestions for the maintenance of REL561 protection apparatus are given. |
