摘    要:利用单辊快淬法制备Fe Cu Nb Si B铁基纳米晶薄带。分析了热处理温度、热处理时间及冷却条件包括冷却速度与氧化程度对Fe Cu Nb Si B铁基纳米晶薄带高频磁导率的影响。随热处理温度的上升,铁基纳米晶铁芯的磁导率先增大而后出现不同程度的降低;在一定热处理温度,随热处理时间的延长,铁基纳米晶铁芯的磁导率逐渐减小;较快的冷却速度与氧化会降低铁基纳米晶铁芯的高频磁性能。

Abstract:FeCuNbSiB Fe-based nano-crystalline ribbon was prepared by single-roller rapid quenching technology. The influence of heat-treatment temperature and time and cooling conditions including cooling rate and oxidation on high-frequency permeability of FeCuNbSiB nanocrystalline ribbon, and the way to get the maximum high-frequency permeability were investigated. As the heat-treatment temperature increases, the permeability of Fe-based nanocrystalline cores increases first and then decreases to varying degrees. Under a certain temperature, as the heat-treatment time extends, the permeability decreases gradually. Fast cooling rate and oxidation lowers the high-frequency magnetic performance of Fe-based nanocrystalline cores.
