| 摘 要： | 本文以集成频率合成器LMX2312U作为核心芯片,介绍了一种射频频段电荷泵型锁相源的设计方案.分析了方案的具体实现,给出了基于LMX2312U的二阶环路滤波器的设计,最后给出相噪的测试结果.

| Abstract: | This paper presents the design of charge pump PLL oscillator based on frequence synthesizer, such as LMX2312U, analyses the hardware implementation and the design of a 2-order passive filter. Finally the experimental results of the phase noise of all oscillators are addressed. |
