奥氏体钢炉管的应力腐蚀开裂及防护措施探讨

摘    要:介绍了氯离子应力腐蚀开裂、连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂、碱致应力腐蚀开裂等奥氏体钢炉管的主要应力腐蚀开裂形式 ,并给出了三个破裂实例。对防止奥氏体钢炉管应力腐蚀开裂 ,从腐蚀环境、炉管选材、降低应力三个方面进行了探讨

Abstract:The main types of austenite steel furnace pipe stress corrosion crack,such as chlorion stress corrosion crack,polyethionic acid stress corosion crack,and caustic induced stress corrosion crack were given.In order to preventing the stress corosion crack of austenite steel furnace pipe,a discussion were made in the fields of corrosion enviroment,furnace pipe material selection and reducing stress.
