混合动力汽车电池管理系统

摘    要:本文探讨了混合动力车用蓄电池管理系统穴BMS雪的研究和开发,包括系统集成、BMS的软硬件设计,实现了对动力蓄电池性能参数的精确测量,包括模块电压、总电压、电流、温度等,建立了基于安时法的SOC修正算法,具有丰富的故障诊断功能,较强的抗干扰能力和CAN网络通讯功能。研制的电池管理系统运用于某混合动力大客车上,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:This paper is about research and development of NiMH battery used on hybrid vehicle,including the software and hardware design.And this BMS is used in a HEV and gets a satisfactory result.This system measures and counts all kinds of parameters of the battery,including the module voltage,packvoltage,current,temperature,max chargeable and dischargeable current,and set up a new SOC estimator based on Ah method,furthermore the system has overall fault diagnosis and fault warning function,good anti interfere function,high speed communication CAN module.
