摘    要:为达到高炉冶炼过程的最优控制,提出了高炉冶炼过程的多模型集成的专家系统. 阐述了专家系统的各个组成部分: 工艺计算机理模型、炉况诊断推理模型、系统优化参数模型、混合动力学机理和炉温控制方程.在保证炉况平稳运行的基础上,专家系统对几个主要运行参数进行了优化.同时通过对高炉冶炼过程混合动力学机理的分析,揭示了高炉炉温波动所隐含的非线性能耗规律,得到在不同生产目标状态下的最优操作区间.对复杂的生产状况做出准确的预测并给出了对应的控制措施,在实际应用中取得了增加产量和降低能耗的实际效果.

Abstract:A multi-model integrated expert system was proposed to achieve the optimum control for blast furnace ironmaking process.The expert system is an integration of automatic control models,e.g.mechanism model,automatic fault diagnosis model,system optimization model,hybrid dynamic mechanism and intelligent control equation.On basis of ensuring the smooth operation of the ironmaking process,the expert system optimizes several critical model parameters.The nonlinearity of energy consumption was revealed from analysis of the hybrid dynamic mechanism of the ironmaking process,and the optimal state of process variables for different productive objective was obtained.The practical conditions were accurately predicted and different control measures were also proposed.Thus the technological goals of saving energy and increasing output were achieved.
