| 摘 要： | 应用凝胶渗透色谱对聚氨酯预聚体及添加甲苯二异氰酸酯(TD I)三聚体的聚氨酯预聚体产品进行了测试;对甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体的合成过程进行了跟踪分析。结果表明,采用凝胶渗透色谱对聚氨酯材料的合成过程及产品进行分析,可以更好地控制反应条件,得到理想的相对分子质量及相对分子质量分布的聚氨酯产品。

| Abstract: | Polyurethane prepolymer,polyurethane prepolymer added TDI tripolymer were analyzed with GPC,and the synthesis process of TDI tripolymer was traced with GPC.The results showed that analyzing for polyurethane product and the synthesis of polyurethane prepolymer with the GPC,reaction condition could be controlled and the polyurethane product with the better molecular weight and its distribution could be obtained. |
