摘    要:介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司900t回转窑各部位耐火材料的选材及使用情况,根据生产需要选择了新型的隔热材料,并对部分耐火材料进行了改进,提高了回转窑的运转率,保证了生产的顺行。

Abstract:This paper introduces the practice concerning refractory materials selecting and their applications on the 900 t rotary kiln of Bayuquan Iron and Steel Branch Company of Angang Steel Co. , Ltd.. New adiabatic materials are then defined depending on their operating conditions. At the same time the properties of some refractory materials are improved so that the operation rate of the rotary kiln is increased and the smooth production can be ensured.
