连续管钻井减摩技术综述

摘    要:连续管钻井应用越来越广泛,但由于连续管弯曲和连续管不旋转造成连续管钻井摩阻较大,限制了其应用范围,因此,减摩降阻成为连续管钻井扩大应用范围的关键。连续管钻井减摩降阻的思路是避免连续管屈曲和减小摩擦系数,主要措施包括使用大尺寸连续管、钻小尺寸井眼、在钻井液中添加减阻剂以及应用减摩工具等,其中牵引器和振动减摩器是较为理想的减摩工具。

Abstract:Coiled tubing(CT)drilling has been used widely,while it is limited by its remarkable drag.Therefore,reducing friction drag is one of critical factors for CT drilling.The primary reasons for drag are due to bent and sliding.Therefore,several techniques are used to avoid buckling of CT and to reduce the friction factor,including using larger size CT,drilling smaller size wellbore,adding some additives into drilling fluid and using tools to reduce friction.Downhole tractor and friction reducer with vibration a...
