摘    要:用非等温氧化法研究了陶瓷/炭复合材料在氧气中的损伤-愈合过程。考察了纳米级弥散的碳化硅颗粒在氧化过程中的行为;对氧化物保护膜的形态和组成进行了观察与表征;初步阐明了纳米陶瓷颗粒弥散强陶瓷/炭复合材料仿生自愈合的过程及机理。

Abstract:The damage-healing process of ceramics / carbon composites material during anisothermal oxidation in oxygen is studied. The effects of nano scaled silicon carbide powders on the self-healing process are discussed. Otherwise, SEM micrograph and XPS method are applied to observe and identify the protective membrane covering the surface. Consequently, Self-healing mechanism and steps of three types of ceramics / carbon composites material are discussed.
