摘    要:白云石是平板玻璃生产中的主要原料,它的颗粒度级配对本合料的质量存在明显的影响。应用高温熔制,澄清,均化实验以及X-射线衍射分析等手段研究具有不同白云石颗粒级配的配合料的熔制过程,从中找出优化的白云石颗粒级配方案,并从理论上加以探讨。

Abstract:Dolomite is one of major raw materials in flat glass production. The particle size distribution has great influence on the quality of batch. High-temperature experiments for melting,refining, homogenizing and X-ray diffraction were carried out for study on influence of dolomite's particle size distribution on batch melting. Optimized results were obtained. Coarse dolomite grains have good influence on glass melting. But coarse particle size bigger than 2.5mm is not good for melting. The content of fine particles passed through 140 meshes should be within the limit of 3 percent.
