基于二级模糊综合评判的机场目标毁伤效果评估

摘    要:通过层次分析法对机场目标指标体系进行划分,采用二级模糊综合评判模型实现对其毁伤效果的评估.先选取被评判对象的因素集与评语集,再确定各层次权重向量,通过第2层模糊关系矩阵进行一级评判,最后进行二级评判,求出最终综合评判向量.取向量中最大的评判指标所对应的评语集元素作为评判结果,即是对目标毁伤效果评价.

Abstract:The aim of the project is to divide the airport index system through AHP, and to realize evaluating on airport damage effect by using two-level fuzzy synthesis evaluation model. At first, elements and comments aggregation are selected. Then, the second hierarchy fuzzy relation matrix is used to make the first level fuzzy evaluation after each hierarchy power vector is fixed. At last, the final synthesis evaluation vector is achieved through second level fuzzy evaluation. The comment factor corresponding with the maximum figure in the vector is the final evaluation about the airport damage effect.
