宝钢2RH拉瓦尔喷嘴腐蚀失效原因分析

摘    要:针对宝钢2RH拉瓦尔喷嘴腐蚀失效,分析了喷嘴的化学成分和金相组织,以及CO2对喷嘴的腐蚀机理,分析结果表明,喷嘴的选材不当和真空系统的废气腐蚀冲刷是主要原因,根据工况条件选用了新的材料并采取了相应的措施.

Abstract:This article analyzed the chemistry composition and metallography of the laval nozzle. The mechanism of corrosion failure was discussed in terms of CO_2 induce corrosion. The results indicated that the main reasons were using unsuitable materials and the CO_2 induce corrosion. Adopting other acceptable methods have got satisfactory results.
