摘    要:提出了一种针对投入和切除电容器扰动的识别、定位和确定是否发生机械故障的新方法。其它此类方法多对从扰动开始到扰动结束时的短暂的扰动时间内进行分析,这使得其受某些复杂因素的影响较大,比如瞬时电弧、低压投入时的弱信号、复杂信号等。此方法利用了投切电容器扰动独有的特点,对扰动开始前的稳态和扰动结束后的稳态进行分析,所以受这些复杂因素的影响较小。此方法原理可靠准确,计算简单,可信度得到很大提高。经仿真验证,新方法显示了它的高可信度和准确性。

Abstract:This paper presents a new method to identify and locate the capacitor switching on and off disturbance and to detect the mechanical failure. Other such methods always analyze the transient signals from the beginning of the disturbance to the end, making it susceptible to some complicated factors, such as transient arc, feeble signals when switch on in low voltage, complicated signals. The new method utilizes the special character of capacitor switching disturbance, analyzing the stable signals before and after the disturbance, avoiding that complicated factors. The new method has the character of plain theory and simple computation. Tested through simulation, this method shows its high reliability and correctness.
