摘    要:提出了一种自适应模糊PID的控制方法,并将其应用于液压驱动并联坐标测量机的控制。通过使用Matlab中的模糊工具箱,在Simulink环境下设计和搭建了模糊PID控制器,并以并联坐标测量机单通道的电液伺服系统为控制对象进行了仿真。

Abstract:A technique of self-adaptive fuzzy PID control is presented,and applied to the control of a hydraulic driving 6-DOF parallel-link coordinate-measuring machine (CMM).Using fuzzy toolbox provided in Matlab,the author designed and built a fuzzy PID controller in Simulink environment,and also offered simulation on an electro-hydraulic servo system of a single channel of the parallel-link CMM.
