电沉积Ni La P合金上析氢的研究

摘    要:在1 mol·L- 1  KOH 水溶液中测量了Ni 电极和Ni La P合金电极上析氢反应的极化曲线.实验结果表明,与镍电极相比,Ni La P合金电极上析氢的速度比Ni 电极约大10 倍,析氢电势正移200 ~300 mV( 在ic = 100~150mA·cm - 2) .显示出Ni La P合金具有较高的析氢催化活性,有利于降低槽电压,减少能耗.

Abstract:The cathodic polarization curves on electrodeposited nickel lanthanum phosphorus alloy and nickel electrode in 1 mol.L\+\{-1\} potassium hydroxide solution were measured. It is showed that the rate of hydrogen evolution on the Ni La P alloy was ten times more than that of nickel electrode and that the hydrogen evolution potential on the cathode of Ni La P alloy moved positively compared with nickel cathode, which is about 200~300 mV for the Ni La P alloy at i\-c=100 150A·cm\+\{-2\}. The Ni La P alloy was provided with high catalytic activity of hydrogen evolution that can reduce the both voltage and energy loss during electrolysis of sodium chloride.
