生物酶在棉织物精练加工中的应用

近年来生物酶以其高效性、专一性、作用条件温和以及加工过程清洁环保等特性被广泛应用于纺织加工中。其中,果胶酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶等酶制剂及其复合酶在棉织物酶精练中的作用效果被国内外深入研究。论述了酶精练加工出现以来各种酶制剂在棉精练中的应用效果,以期全面反映该领域研究进展,为精练用酶的开发和应用提供参考。

Application of bio-enzymes in scouring of cotton fabrics

Bio-enzymes are widely used for textile processing in recent years due to their characteristics such as high efficiency, high specificity and mild processing condition as well as eco-friendly. The scouring effects of some enzymes including pectinase, cellulase, protease and their mixtures were investigated by researchers throughout the world. This paper introduced and evaluated the bio-scouring effect of various enzymes since the emergence of enzymatic scouring so as to reveal the advances in this field roundly and provide beneficial references for production and application of enzymes for cotton scouring.
