苦瓜多肽的分离纯化研究

摘    要:以苦瓜为原料分离纯化制备多肽,通过正交试验确定了酶解的最佳工艺条件:加酶量为4%,温度45 ℃,酶解时间为1 h,料液比为2,多肽得率提高19.7%.采用葡聚糖凝胶G-50纯化得到2组洗脱液.此分离纯化工艺简单可行,成本低,可适用于工业化生产.

Abstract:Momordica charantia was used as the raw material to prepare polypeptide.Appropriate conditions of separation and purification were determined by orthogonal test.The results show that the best conditions are as follows:dosage of enzyme 4%;enzymolysis temperature 45 ℃,and enzymolysis time 1 h,liquid to material ratio 2.Under above conditions,yield of polypeptide can be increased by 19.7%.Sephadex G-50 was used to purify polypeptide.The process of separation and purification is simply,feasible and low cost,and it is suitable for industrial production
