大排量井下电动潜油螺杆泵研究与应用

摘    要:针对螺杆泵举升技术存在的问题,开发研制了一种QYLB800-24C—DQ001型电动潜油螺杆泵。它主要由4极潜油电动机、保护器、联泵机构和专用螺杆泵总成组成,地面采用电潜泵现有的配套技术。现场试验证明,用井下电动机经井下传动机械驱动螺杆泵是合理的,井下传动机械的设计制造是成功的。由于它具有低投入和低运行成本优势,对油田开发降低投资和成本具有重要意义,它适合于聚合物驱举升方式,有望成为聚合物驱采油方式的首选技术。

Abstract:In the light of the problems with artificial lifting by screw pumps, Model QYLB800-24C-DQ001 electric submersible screw pump is developed. This pump is mainly comprised of 4-pole submersible electric motor, protector, connecting mechansim and special screw pump assembly. Test proves that it is reasonalbe to adopt the downhole motor drive the screw pump by means of the transmission mechansim, and the design and manufacturing of the downhole transmission mechanism is successful. The pump is suitable for use in the polymer flooding wells, and it will bring about remarkable economic benefit.
