| 摘 要： | 根据国外露天矿的先进管理经验，运用工时学原理，总结了安太堡露天煤矿设备利用及维修管理实际情况，分析了建立露天矿生产设备利用及维修指标体系的原理和过程，形成了大型露天矿设备使用及考核管理指标体系，为构建有效的生产设备运行和维修管理信息系统奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | According to advanced management experience of foreign countries and using motion and time theory,the actual status of operation and maintenance & repair of mining equipment in Antaibo Open Pit Coalmine is explained;and the principle and course of establishing index system for operation and maintenance & repair management of mining equipment are analyzed.The index system is the basis of effective information network for operation and maintenance & repair management of mining equipment. |
