摘    要:简要分析了利用圆度仪测量圆度误差的原理和评定方法,指出消编和滤波是圆度误差数据处理地珠关键问题。提出了用快速富叶变换及反变换计算圆度误差的方法,给出了计算过程并进行了实验验证。该方法的主要特点在于统一了测量概念。为提高测量效率和简化仪器设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:The measuring principle and the assessing method of the roundness errors with roundness meter are analyzed in brief. It is pointed out that the elimination of the eccentricity and the hamonic filtration are most important in the roundness data processing. A new method for calculating the roundness errors with FFT and IFFT is presented, in which data processing procedure is illustrated and experimented. The main advantage of this method lies in unifying measurement concepts, improving measuring efficiency and simlifying instruments design.
