在同一施工区域内,分别采用水泥搅拌桩、树根桩、钻孔灌注桩保护建筑物,实践证明,3种不同的桩有各自的优点.根据不同的建筑物、施工环境和条件采取不同的加固措施,效果良好,并对其施工要点、保护效果及技术经济指标进行分析对比,取得了一些有益的经验和数据.

Comparison of Construction Effectiveness Among Cement Mixing Piles, Root Piles and Bored Piles in Protecting Buildings

We adopt cement mixing piles, root piles and bored piles to protect buildings in the same construction area respectively. Practice has proved that three kinds of different piles have their respective advantages. Differ- ent strengthening measures are taken according to different buildings, different construction environment and con- ditions. The effects are proved to be good. This paper makes comparison of key points of construction, effective- ness and main technological and economic indicators of above three methods and some useful experience and data are obtained.
