| 摘 要： | 中国石油化工股份有限公司（简称中国石化）石油化工科学研究院研制的RPD脱钙剂在中国石化荆门分公司2^#常减压蒸馏装置应用后，对南阳、江汉原油的平均脱钙率达到80％以上，脱铁率为29％以上；加入RPD脱钙剂后，电脱盐罐的电流降低，每年可节电1．149×10^5kW·h。

| Abstract: | The decalcification agent of RPD was developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, SINOPEC, China. The RPD was applied in electric desahing section of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in worksite of the author. The results showed that the calcium and iron removal rate was over 80% and 29% respectively for Nanyang-Jianghan mixed oil. Meanwhile, power of 1.149×10^5kW·h/a can be saved with the decalcification agent resulted in decrease of electric current in the desalting tank. |
