摘    要:简述我国金属制品行业废盐酸处理的现状,介绍蒸发分离法、离子交换树脂法、直接焙烧法(Ruthner法和Lurgi法)处理废酸的基本原理和主要流程,并结合实际情况分析3种方法的利弊,对企业选择适当的废酸处理方法提出建议。

Abstract:To briefly introduce the present situation of waste acids treatment of China steel wire products industry.The basic principle and main flow of separation by evaporating,ion exchange resin,direct roasting including Ruthner and Lurgi method are introduced,and combining with practical situation to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods.Suggestions for enterprises to select suitable waste acid treatment methods are put forward.
