一种新颖四管混合式DC/DC变换器研究

摘    要:针对FSZVSPWMDC/DC变换器滞后桥臂实现软开关难的问题,提出了一种新颖的4管混合式DC/DC变换器。它是基于移相控制ZVSPWMDC/DC全桥变换器和固定占空比半桥变换器实现的。本文详细分析了变换器的工作过程。该变换器从空载到满载均能实现软开关。在此基础上,设计并研制出实验样机。实验结果表明,该变换器具有高效率、低电磁干扰等特性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that it is hard for lag legs of FS ZVS PWM DC/DC converter to realize ZVS,a novel converter with four switches is proposed,which is based on phase shifting controlled ZVS PWM full-bridge converter and fixed duty cycle ZVS half-bridge converter.The operation principle of hybrid DC/DC Converter was analyzed in detail.It is concluded that the converter can realize ZVS from no-load to full-load.Based on this,the novel converter with four switches is designed.The experiment proves that the converter possesses high efficiency and low EMI.
