水泥尾矿砂混合料物理力学性质试验研究

摘    要:为了研究水泥尾矿砂混合料直接修建尾矿坝的可能性和安全性,针对尾矿库现场尾矿砂含水量大、密度小处于软塑状态的特点。在室内对两种配合比水泥尾矿砂混合料不同龄期的压缩和固结特性、渗透特性、三轴剪切特性、无侧限抗压强度特性进行了试验。试验结果表明:尾矿砂中掺入一定量的水泥搅拌后,水泥在尾矿砂中的胶凝作用,加强了土颗粒的联结特性,降低了尾矿砂的压缩性和渗透性,提高了尾矿砂的抗剪能力、无侧限抗压强度。研究结果为采用水泥尾矿砂混合料直接筑坝提供了可靠的设计依据。

Test Study of Physical and Mechanical Character on Cement and Tailings Mixture

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is in order to study the possibility and safety when the cement and tailings sand are used to construct tailings dam.The tailings sand reservoir has a high moisture content and lower density and it has a soft plastic state.In laboratory for two mixture ratio of cement and tailings sand with different length of time,their compression,consolidation,seepage,triaxial shear character and non-confining compression strength are tested.The result lies below.When some cement is added to tailings sand,because of flocculation of cement,binding effect is enhanced,compression and permeability of tailings is lower and the shear strength and non-confining strength are reinforced.These results show that using cement and tailings sand mixture as a dam material has a reliable design basis.
