V法铸造在中、小型铸钢件上的应用

用V法铸造生产普通碳钢铸件易产生氧化缺陷,表现在铸件上表面有麻坑和缺损等.在涂料中加入w为0.5%的铝粉,及时拔掉抽气管等措施可以减少氧化缺陷的发生.为了和熔炼炉匹配,铸件单重较小时需考虑一型多铸,水平造型倾斜浇注效果较好.

Application of V-process on Medium or Small Steel Casting

The holes and defects appear at the top surface of castings during the common plain carbon steel is produced by V-process. The way to reduce the oxidation defects is to pull out the vaccum pipe and put 0.5% aluminum powder into coating. Owing to match with smelting furnace, the measures such as many times casting with one mold, horizontal molding, slant pouring must be considered when size of casting is small.
