薄片状TS-1分子筛催化剂及其在丙烯环氧化反应中的催化性能

摘    要:采用络合法制备了薄片状TS-1分子筛;考察了TS-1分子筛含量对催化剂物性和催化性能的影响,并对所制备催化剂的稳定性进行了评价。结果表明,随催化剂中TS-1分子筛含量减小,催化剂比表面积降低,孔容和平均孔径增大,颗粒强度提高;在丙烯环氧化连续反应中,随催化剂TS-1分子筛含量增加,双氧水转化率升高,环氧丙烷选择性下降,而环氧丙烷收率先升高后下降,且在催化剂TS-1分子筛质量分数为80%~85%时效果较佳。扫描电镜分析结果表明,反应前后TS-1催化剂颗粒大小一致,无明显破碎现象,催化剂中TS-1分子筛晶粒接触部分为薄片的扁平面,因此增强了相互之间的作用力,而晶粒接触面间的空隙使分子筛晶粒不易脱落,解决了因产物扩散而导致选择性低的问题。稳定性试验结果表明,连续运行140h,双氧水转化率和环氧丙烷选择性均保持在约90%。

Abstract:Lamellar TS-1 molecular sieve was prepared by complex method,the effects of content of TS-1 molecular sieve on physicochemical properties and catalytic performances were studied,and the stability of catalysts was evaluated.
