| Abstract: | Teaching and learning reform is the cardinal work in a higher educational school,and efficiently organizing the researching of the teaching and learning reform is one of the effective solutions to promoting the reform in a higher educational system and improving the educational quality.According to the characteristics of the teaching and learning reform and research programs management,the effective and scientific operating system of teaching reform in higher educational institutions and the research program management should be established. |
