振动流化床中颗粒分离的适宜操作条件

摘    要:在振动流化床中研究等密度和非等密度双组份体系的颗粒的分离/混合情况,考察振动参数、气速以及床高对颗粒分离的影响,指出在小振幅和小振动强度条件下混合物的分离趋势最大,同时床高略微影响颗粒的分离。根据实验结果,得出振动条件下适宜的操作气速,并在此气速范围内,修正了ZhangandPeng所定义混合/分离操作判据。

Abstract:Segregation/mixing of binary mlxture with equal density and non-equal density in a vibrated fluidizing bed were experimental investigated in this paper. The influenced of vibration parameter and operating conditions on separation/mixing of particle were discussed the result showed that the trend of segregation of mixture is the greatest in small amplitude and small intensity of viberation and that the particle segregation is influenced a little by the bed hight and an optimum operating condition was obtained. According to experimental results, the criteria of demarcation for mixing/separation patterns, which was defined by Zhang and Peng have been modified.
