摘    要:运用湿磨方式处理工业废渣制备了一种混凝土浆状掺合料,为探讨浆状掺合料对混凝土性能的影响,研究了不同制备方式处理的粉煤灰、矿渣掺合料混凝土干燥收缩性能。结果表明,不同方式处理的粉煤灰、矿渣的掺入,均能在一定程度上改善混凝土的收缩性能;干磨处理的掺合料对混凝土干燥收缩性能的改善效果要好于湿磨处理的浆状掺合料。经过90 d时间放置,粉煤灰浆状掺合料对其混凝土收缩性能的改善作用有一定恶化。

Abstract:A kind of mineral admixtures slurry was manufactured by means of wet milling with stirring mill. In order to analysis the effect of mineral admixtures slurry on concrete propertities, drying shrinkage of concrete with mineral admixtures treated by dry milling and wet milling was investigated in this paper. Results showed that, the drying shrinkage of concrete with fly ash or slag treated by different grinding mode is improved somewhat, and the drying shrrinkage of concrete with mineral admixtures treated wet milling is relatively inferior to that of concrete with mineral admixtures treated by dry milling. After the 90 days storage time, the improving ruction of fly ash slurry to drying shrinkage of concrete has deteriorated to some extent.
