无氨阻燃酚醛塑料的研制

摘    要:以液态自固化酚醛树脂为基体,无机纤维,矿物粉为增强材料,并加入其它助剂制备了无氨阻燃酚醛塑料。该塑料具有优异的耐漏电起痕指数和阻燃性能,使用中不放出氨,不腐蚀电器,仪表上的金属嵌件和电气触头,是精密电器,仪表和各种密闭机器的关键材料。

DEVELOPMENT OF AMMONIA-FREE FLAME-RETARDANT PHENOLIC PLASTICS
Abstract:The ammonia-free flame-retardant phenolic plastics have been prepared with the liquid self-curing phenolic resin as the matrix, inorganic fiber and mineral powder as reinforcing materials and adding other aids. The plastics has excellent tracking index and flame retardance. In application, they do not release ammonia, do not corrodes the electrical appliance, metal insert and electric connector on the meter and are the key materials for the precision instruments, meters and various airtight machines.
